Updating information across our medical personas that work, interact, and are the customers of our products and experiences. Working through both existing materials, conversations with experts, and users to understand what has changed over the years since the last persona deck.
Outcome:
An internal deck that is used to align our partners, expand our thinking, and recognize who the primary customer is of our work.
