Erol is described as a crazy guy on a whiteboard, developing frameworks, new methodologies and ideas that identify what matters most to people. All in the effort to to create holistic experiences by connecting physical, digital products, accessories, and services that push our business strategy forward.
Currently, at Amazon, previously at Ford and before that Hill-Rom (medical), throughout it all, practicing human-centered-design methods and research to develop visions and roadmaps to delivery.
