-   Translate deep customer insights to strategic opportunities through digital, physical, and service experiences.

-   Involved in multiple design sprints and workshops to bring translate insights into opportunities

-   Executed and synthesized concept testing phases with customers to inform design and engineering development teams

-   Defined key product, service and digital experiences for future luxury vehicle line

- Actively worked with marketing, clinicians, and engineers globally to develop and design multiple vitals collection devices

- Design of projects in various phases, ranging from ideation to the manufacturing stage

- Planned, wrote, and conducted ergonomic and usability studies in simulated environments while synthesizing and incorporating the data to further develop designs

- Worked with the advanced technology team to push new concepts and clinical work-flows

- Developed UI and Work-Flows for concept application, along with in-use videos

- Redeveloped the UX team’s persona deck to fit today’s clinical viewpoints

Landmark Theatre

Consultant,  2016 - 2017

- Collaborated with two designers to identify opportunity areas for better customer experiences, and reduction of bottlenecks in their way-finding systems

- Developed and conducted group user-testing, customer and business interviews, concept development, and execution

- Manufactured wayfinding tools that fit their processes and architectural standards of their environment
